Wellington?

I didn’t really see what he went for. Saw him last man into the tackle but looked like he went in from behind - am I right he went for a cannonball tackle? Was it?

Tough weekend for our PNG boys!

Yes it was. I don't think it was intentional or that there was any malice, but it was naive and there's no place for it.

Watch it on the highlights. Red card was a massive over reaction. Crazy decision by the ref goaded into it by the Hudds players.

Disagree capester... looked like he wrapped the lower legs not against the joints in the direction of the tackle to me. Bit like the crusher tackle that they got binned for. Whitley held his head and after about 10 seconds the tj gingerly raised his flag and the guessed who to sin bin.

Cant believe albert wasnt on for houston in the first half.

Cant believe other albert is worse than burke

The Albert brothers are not good enough.

Gamble hasn't paid off.

Add Sam Wilde to that list and the recruitment, again, has been rubbish

You can't say the Albert brothers are not good enough as we've only seen the supposed 'better one' of the two. That said, you're right, they are utterly dog!

It looked like a Cannonball tackle but I was in the south stand so a fair way away , Rayvon in another thread says he's seen highlights on sky and says its not and shouldn't be a red .
I think its an absolute shambles that we leave a forward on the bench for 60 mins before bringing him on . Total waste of a shirt . He looked frustrated with the situation, its not an excuse but it just highlights how inept and in professional we manage our bench and interchanges.
I have been a Betts supporter , but its worn thin now. He sets the standards and everything reeks of ineptitude.

Wellington was signed to keep Ottio company rather than for his ability and Stanton was signed to keep Wellington company when Ottio died.
